The Master's Degree in European Youth Policies of the Department of International and European Studies aims to provide graduate education of high quality in the area of European politics, focusing on the sector of Youth Policies. Thus, the graduates obtain an elaborate scientific background on issues regarding the organisation and policies of the European Union, especially those policies affecting young people with regard to their rights, their employment, their entrepreneurship, etc.

This aim is divided into three interrelated aspects:

1. The provision of in depth knowledge regarding the planning and implementation of policies of the European Union, especially with regard to young people.

2. The teaching of theory, methodology and policies for the formulation and implementation of integrated solutions on issues relevant to the degree's core subjects.

3. The preparation for undertaking study and research at doctoral level.
