Objective of the Course |
To critically examine the major currents in Anglo-American and Continental political and legal philosophy in the 20th century. |

Course Contents |
This course explores the major trends in contemporary Western political thought, and examines the influence of several 20th century political and legal philosophers. To that effect, it uses case studies drawn from contemporary American and European political and legal trends. |
