The service activities include:

• Needs identification of disability-specific assistive technologies .
• Suggestions for personalized solutions for every student with disabilities;
• Creation of accessible workstations;
• Provision of expertise and guidance;
• Research into the development of specialized tools, applications, and aids to solve e-accessibility issues;
• Monitoring of technological equipment notices in order to meet Accessibility specifications;
• Monitoring the accessibility of websites of the University of Macedonia in order to comply with international accessibility standards;
• Collaboration with Associations of People with Disabilities, institutions, research centres and universities for the exchange of material, tools, experiences and expertise.
• Organisation of information and dissemination workshops and seminars;
• Publication of brochures
