Brief description:

The Laboratory of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation with Electronic Applications serves, among others, the teaching, learning, scientific and research needs in the subjects of: a) Accounting, b) Auditing, c) Taxation and d) Informatics using specialized software.

Purpose

a. The coverage of the teaching and research needs of the Department related to the field of knowledge of the laboratory,

b. the development of research activities and the conduct of related research in the fields of knowledge of the laboratory,

c. the organization of scientific lectures, workshops, seminars, symposia, conferences and other events, the publishing research work, as well as the invitation of Greek and foreign renowned scientists and other personalities,

d. the cooperation of any form with home and foreign research centers and academic institutions (HEIs), provided that there is the necessary alignment in the scientific and research objectives with those of the laboratory,

e. cooperation with public and private sector organizations, local authorities, scientific and social organizations, as well as other international organizations and foundations, in order to contribute to the submission of proposals for research into and the development of alternative methods of solving problems that fall within the scientific and research interests of the laboratory,

f. the provision of services as provided in p.d. 159/1984 (A' 53).
