The UOM HRM Alumni Association was founded in August 2023 by decision of the Magistrate Court of Thessaloniki.

The Association is composed of its full, probationary and honorary members.

In order to become a member of the Association, it is sufficient to have graduated from the Master's Degree Programme in Human Resource Management of the University of Macedonia and to have paid the financial obligations of membership.

Any student of the Programme can become a probationary member as long as he or she submits an application, which is approved by the Board of Directors and pays the annual membership fee.

The activities of the Alumni Association include, among others, the organization of events of business, cultural, charitable and ecological content with the aim of informing its members about current economic and social issues, trends and proposed solutions, as well as the cultivation of permanent and continuous contact with the  University of Macedonia, and the continuous information and training of its members on developments in the Organization and Management of Human Resources.

The Board of Directors (19.11.2023-19.11.2025) consists of the following members:

1. Sofia Papadopoulou,  Chairman of the Board.
2. Sofia Sourla,  Vice-Chairman of the Board.
3. Ekaterini Sdougkou,  Secretary of the Board.
4. Thomas Papadopoulos, Treasurer of the Board.
5. Anastasia Karvouni,  Member of the Board.
6. Vasiliki Tatsi, Member of the Board.
7. Panagiota Chrysochou, Member of the Board.
