The Quality Policy of the Master Program in Human Resource Management is approved by the Assembly of the Department after documented recommendations of the competent committees of the Quality Assurance Unit of the Postgraduate Programs and its Coordinating Committee. The MHRM Quality Policy consists of procedures that ensure the following:

• continually improving the structure and content of postgraduate studies 
• enhancing the quality of the teaching work provided to postgraduate students
• paving the ways of connecting teaching with research and professional employment
• the harmonization of the acquired qualifications of MHRM graduates with those expected by companies and organizations in the labor market
• improving the quality of services provided, such as, for example, the administrative services,and the student care services
• the promotion of the quality of the research work by the faculty members-teaching staff
• the achievement of learning outcomes and the provision of qualifications in accordance with the European and National Framework for Higher Education Qualifications
• the performance of the annual review and internal inspection of the quality assurance system of the MHRM as well as the effectiveness of the cooperation of the Quality Assurance Unit with the Department and the University, at large.
