The Master's program in Human Resource Management of the University of Macedonia is a holistic training program in the ever-growing field of HR, offering modern and up-to-date knowledge of international changes in labor relations and a wide range of scientific research tools and applied knowledge for tomorrow's leaders in the challenging field of HR.

Rapid technological changes and the rapid introduction of AI into Business and Organizational Management are setting the bar high for tomorrow's HR professionals. The high level of the postgraduate program in Human Resource Management of the University of Macedonia contributes in fact to the creation of a talent pool for the transfer of knowledge from the academic level to Organizations and businesses in the market.

Through a structured program of lectures by professors, presentations by renowned professionals in the field, studies of contemporary scientific articles and publications in scientific journals of the highest prestige, as well as through the dialectic, analysis and research work of the students of the program themselves, the participants come in touch with an environment of modern knowledge and information as well as the future challenges they will face in the rapidly changing labor market.

Regarding my personal experience from the Program, it was an invaluable lesson in acquiring knowledge and skills that helped me in my professional development but mainly in my completion as an executive in the field of Business Administration. As I had the honor to mention in my thesis, the professors of the program taught me to study, write, calculate and also think differently.
