My first contact with the field of human resources took place during my undergraduate study program, with the organizational behavior course. It was the occasion to realize that I wanted to go deeper, explore further and enrich my knowledge in this field. My participation in the Master's program in Human Resource Management of the University of Macedonia helped me to make this dream a clear and achievable goal.

After completing it, I can confidently say that it is a highly structured program, in tune with the current trends in human resource management. The program equips both a professional and a new executive to respond effectively to the ever-changing work environment. In addition, my participation in this master's program strengthened my desire for research in the field of human resource management.

The teaching and administrative staff consists of people who are always available to support and help in any need. Teaching takes an innovative approach, with ongoing classroom discussions fostering better understanding, encouraging active participation and fostering critical thinking. Lectures by experienced lecturers - professionals in the field of human resources, who participate in the program, also contribute to this.

I am grateful that I had the opportunity through this program to meet first of all people who understand the importance of human relationships, love what they do and are an inspiration to us.
