The area of responsibility of the Department, which is an underlying unit of the Directorate of Administration, is the leasing or rental of university premises (auditoriums, sports venues) to host lectures, conferences, workshops, fora and other events by members of the academic community or third parties, persons or legal entities as well as the processing of the relevant documents. The Department supervises and coordinates the University's support staff (caretakers, security staff, night watchmen, drivers) and provides information and guidance to visitors, students, teaching and administrative staff.
