Management of Student Complaints/Appeals

    Management of Student Complaints/Appeals

According to the Internal Regulations of the University of Macedonia, Article 71, par. 1, Sec. i, male and female students of all study cycles of the University have the right "to address requests or objections concerning their studies, collectively or individually, to the President and the Assembly of their Department and to the Dean of their Faculty".

You can use this function if

    - You are a postgraduate student or you represent a student club/group.

    - You have a complaint related to the Postgraduate Programme, e.g. concerning attendance, exams, teaching staff, secretariat, use and access to infrastructure, etc.

    In addition, your complaint should

    - not be a request that falls under the responsibility of another body or the Secretariat (e.g. to re-open the registration system) - in this case, the request should be addressed to the person in charge.

    - not be a complaint that falls within the remit of the Student Advocate (e.g. legal issues) - in which case the complaint should be made directly to the Student Advocate.

The complaint must be made by a named student, either individually or on behalf of a collective. Anonymous complaints will not be accepted or responded to.
