    The main aim of the course is to provide essential insights into contemporary Human Resource Management (HRM) methods and techniques for all graduate students to be able to analyze and manage personnel issues in  organizations.     The main aim of the course is to provide knowledge and skills in applying main HRM practices and. More specifically,  completing this course, students are expected to enhance :

    Αυτό το μάθημα παρέχει στους φοιτητές ένα περίγραμμα των κυρίων συστημάτων του κράτους κοινωνικής πρόνοιας στις χώρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Επικεντρώνεται στα ασφαλιστικά συστήματα και στην επίδρασή τους στη δημοσιονομική σταθερότητα της ευρωπαϊκής νομισματικής ένωσης. Επίσης το μάθημα παρουσιάζει τις προσπάθειες των Ευρωπαίων να προσαρμόσουν τα εθνικά ασφαλιστικά συστήματά τους στα πλαίσια της οικονομικής και νομισματικής ένωσης. Σ' αυτό το πλαίσιο ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στην πρόκληση της αναδιάρθρωσης του Ελληνικού ασφαλιστικού συστήματος και του Εθνικού Συστήματος Υγείας.
