Senate and Rector’s Council Secretariat
The Secretariat of the Senate and the Rector's Council provide administrative and secretarial support to the Senate and the Rector's Council respectively, in particular:
Ensuring the collection, processing, reporting, approval and communication of the matters on the agenda:
Keeping the minutes and communicating the relevant decisions to the University's materially responsible departments for their implementation.
Issuing copies or extracts of minutes, certifying them and keeping a record of minutes.
The handling of any other matter that falls within the competence of the Senate and the Rector's Council respectively.
