Συνοπτική Περιγραφή και Μαθησιακοί Στόχοι

Η γλώσσα Python είναι μια μοντέρνα γλώσσα προγραμματισμού που διακρίνεται ιδιαίτερα για τον ευανάγνωστο κώδικά της και την ευκολία χρήσης της. Διαθέτει επίσης πλέον μία πληθώρα από εργαλεία που την κάνουν πολύ χρήσιμη, ευέλικτη και αποδοτική για επιστημονικές εργασίες. Η R είναι επίσης μία μοντέρνα γλώσσα που χρησιμοποιείται κυρίως για στατιστική επεξεργασία. Το μάθημα αφορά την εκμάθηση προχωρημένων τεχνικών των παραπάνω γλωσσών για την επίλυση προβλημάτων δικτύων, αλγοριθμικής ανάλυσης, στατιστικής και οπτικοποίησης δεδομένων. Είναι εργαστηριακό και το σύνολο του λογισμικού που χρησιμοποιείται είναι Ελεύθερο Λογισμικό / Λογισμικό Ανοικτού Κώδικα (ΕΛ/ΛΑΚ). Επίσης θεωρείται προπαρασκευαστικό, με την έννοια ότι το σύνολο του λογισμικού και των τεχνικών που διδάσκονται θα χρησιμοποιηθούν αργότερα στις εργασίες των υπολοίπων μαθημάτων του μεταπτυχιακού. Αρχικά θα γίνει μια σύντομη εισαγωγή στις λειτουργίες των γλωσσών αυτών, που αφορά τον καθορισμό των μεταβλητών, εντολών, δομών δεδομένων και την παραμετροποίηση του περιβάλλοντος εργασίας. Στη συνέχεια και με την ολοκλήρωση του μαθήματος, οι φοιτητές θα πρέπει να μπορούν να γράψουν κώδικα Python και R σχετικό με τα θέματα που προαναφέρθηκαν, δηλαδή να χρησιμοποιούν τα συγκεκριμένα εργαλεία για να δουλεύουν με πίνακες και άλλες δομές δεδομένων, να οπτικοποιούν δεδομένα και να μπορούν να τα αναπαραστήσουν με ευανάγνωστα και σωστά δομημένα διαγράμματα, να υλοποιούν αλγόριθμους, να αναπαραστούν δίκτυα και παράλληλα να τα οπτικοποιούν και τέλος να είναι σε θέση να κάνουν εκτεταμένες στατιστικές αναλύσεις.

Περιγραφή

Σκοπός του μαθήματος είναι η παρουσίαση διαφόρων τύπου πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και τεχνικών που βοηθούν στη λήψη αποφάσεων στο πολύπλοκο επιχειρηματικό περιβάλλον. Θα παρουσιαστούν παραδείγματα από διάφορα είδη Συστημάτων Υποστήριξης Αποφάσεων για την επίλυση προβλημάτων σε στρατηγικό, τακτικό ή καθημερινό επιχειρησιακό επίπεδο. Επίσης η εκμάθηση ειδικού λογισμικού για την εξοικείωση με μεθόδους πολυκριτήριας ανάλυσης αποφάσεων και εφαρμογή τους σε δεδομένα τα οποία προκύπτουν από το χώρο των επιχειρήσεων, του χρηματιστηρίου, του μάρκετινγκ, της έρευνας αγοράς κλπ. Τέλος θα γίνει και μία εισαγωγή στα έμπειρα συστήματα και το λογικό προγραμματισμό με την Prolog.
