Μαθησιακά αποτελέσματα

Με την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του μαθήματος, οι φοιτητές θα είναι σε θέση να:
• κατανοούν παραδείγματα εφαρμογής και συνέργειες σε θέματα στρατηγικής, διοίκησης λειτουργιών και διαχείρισης επιχειρησιακών διεργασιών με τη χρήση Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων
• αντιληφθούν τον ρόλο και τα οφέλη, καθώς και τις προκλήσεις των Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων ως μέσου επίτευξης επιχειρησιακής αριστείας μέσα από την παρουσίαση πληθώρας μελετών περίπτωσης (case studies) και επιτυχημένων παραδειγμάτων (“success stories”) από τη σύγχρονη πρακτική
• επιλέξουν Τεχνολογίες Πληροφορίας και Επικοινωνίας (ΤΠΕ), οι οποίες είναι συμβατές με αντίστοιχα ενδο-επιχειρησιακά και διεπιχειρησιακά προβλήματα σύγχρονων επιχειρήσεων και οργανισμών
• γνωρίσουν τις προοπτικές επαγγελματικής αποκατάστασης και “κρίσιμα” επαγγέλματα στον ευρύτερο τομέα της Επιχειρηματικής Πληροφορικής

Το μάθημα αποσκοπεί μεταξύ άλλων στην ανάπτυξη των ακόλουθων γενικών ικανοτήτων:

Περιεχόμενο μαθήματος

Σκοπός του μαθήματος είναι να εισάγει βασικές έννοιες και δεξιότητες που αφορούν στην εφαρμογή Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορίας και Επικοινωνίας (ΤΠΕ) στη διοίκηση και λειτουργία σύγχρονων επιχειρήσεων και οργανισμών. Το μάθημα υιοθετεί μια οριζόντια, διεπιστημονική προσέγγιση με στόχο την εισαγωγική παρουσίαση πολλαπλών θεματικών πεδίων στα πλαίσια της ευρύτερης περιοχής των Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων, αποδίδοντας ιδιαίτερη έμφαση σε συνέργειες ανάμεσα σε τεχνικές, αναλυτικές/ποσοτικές, καθώς και διοικητικές, οικονομικές και άλλες κοινωνικές δεξιότητες. Επιπλέον, επιδιώκεται η αρχική εξοικείωση των φοιτητών με πληθώρα επιστημονικών πεδίων που θεραπεύει η κατεύθυνση των Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων προκειμένου να υποστηριχθούν μεταγενέστερες αποφάσεις σχετικά με τη διαδικασία επιλογής μαθημάτων σε προχωρημένα εξάμηνα σπουδών.

Αξιολόγηση φοιτητών

Γλώσσα αξιολόγησης: Ελληνική
Η αξιολόγηση των φοιτητών βασίζεται στα εξής:
 Τελική Εξέταση: 70%
 Ομαδική Εργασία (3-4 φοιτητές): 30%

Οι γραπτές εξετάσεις περιλαμβάνουν συνδυασμό ερωτήσεων ανάπτυξης, πολλαπλής επιλογής και μελέτης περίπτωσης (case study).

Οι φοιτητές ενημερώνονται από την 1η διάλεξη σχετικά με τις υποχρεώσεις, την πολιτική βαθμολόγησης και τις απαιτήσεις της ομαδικής εργασίας εξαμήνου. Κατά τη διάρκεια του εξαμήνου, ανακοινώνονται οδηγίες, τεχνικές προδιαγραφές, καθώς και τα κριτήρια αξιολόγησης των εργασιών: α) δομή, επιμέλεια και επαγγελματισμός/εμφάνιση τελικού παραδοτέου εργασίας, β) συσχέτιση στόχων με συμπεράσματα και ποιότητα ανάλυσης, γ) ποιότητα βιβλιογραφικής επισκόπησης, δ) ορθή τεκμηρίωση πηγών, ε) προσπάθεια / ποσότητα εργασίας (effort) και στ) επάρκεια θεματικής ανάλυσης του περιεχομένου που άπτεται σε ένα ή περισσότερα επιστημονικά πεδία που θεραπεύει η κατεύθυνση.

Μετά το πέρας των εξετάσεων, οι βαθμοί των εργασιών ανακοινώνονται και ξεχωριστά από τον τελικό βαθμό στο σύστημα ασύγχρονης τηλεκπαίδευσης Compus ως πρόσθετο στοιχείο ανατροφοδότησης σχετικά με την τελική επίδοση των φοιτητών.

General competences

The aim of this course is to familiarize the student with issues related to business administration, usage, and application of technology in modern companies and e-business. To this end key issues related to business administration such as the basic functions and activities of the enterprise and the importance of management for business efficiency. It will additionally examine issues related to how technology is an integral part of modern business and how managers can handle it.

Course content

Definition of Management, the role of the management science for the contemporary enterprise, Internal, and external environment analysis. Functional departments and their authorities. Management functions- Business functions. Evolution of the management science. Contemporary managerial approaches. The close interrelation of efficiency and effectiveness with the management functions and procedural approaches. Decision-making procedures. Strategic management. Leadership theories and corporate communication. Motivation theories. Management control. Social responsibility. Technology management and innovation. E-Business. Technology usage in the modern enterprise.

Με την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του μαθήματος, οι φοιτητές θα είναι σε θέση να:

• επιλέγουν το κατάλληλο έργο προς υλοποίηση
• ορίζουν με συστηματικό τρόπο το αντικείμενο, το εύρος, τους στόχους και τη βασική δομή ενός έργου
• σχεδιάζουν και αναλύουν την οργανωτική δομή ενός έργου (Δομή Ανάλυσης Εργασιών – Work Breakdown Structure/WBS)
• εκτελούν τον χρονικό προγραμματισμό του έργου με τη μέθοδο της κρίσιμης διαδρομής (Critical Path Method – CPM)
• προγραμματίζουν τις απαιτήσεις πόρων και να εφαρμόζουν τεχνικές εξομάλυνσης πόρων
• εφαρμόζουν μεθόδους κοστολόγησης και να ελέγχουν τη χρονική κατανομή του κόστους ενός έργου
• εφαρμόζουν αρχές και τεχνικές διαχείρισης κινδύνων και αλλαγών σε ένα έργο
• εφαρμόζουν κατάλληλα εργαλεία και τεχνικές για την παρακολούθηση και τον έλεγχο ενός έργου
• εκτελούν τις κατάλληλες εργασίες για την ορθή ολοκλήρωση και τεκμηρίωση του έργου

Περιεχόμενο μαθήματος

Το μάθημα εξετάζει τον συνολικό κύκλο ζωής της διαχείρισης ενός έργου. Συγκεκριμένα παρουσιάζονται και αναλύονται θέματα που αφορούν στον ορισμό και την επιλογή ενός έργου, την οργάνωση και τη δομική ανάλυση του έργου, τον χρονικό προγραμματισμό, τη διαχείριση πόρων και κόστους, τη διαχείριση αλλαγών και κινδύνων, καθώς και τον έλεγχο της υλοποίησης και την ολοκλήρωση του έργου. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στην παρουσίαση και ανάλυση της θεωρίας μέσα από την πρακτική εξάσκηση στην αντιμετώπιση των κύριων προκλήσεων που αντιμετωπίζονται στη διαχείριση σύγχρονων έργων με έμφαση σε έργα Τεχνολογίας Πληροφοριών (IT project management).

Η δομή οργάνωσης του μαθήματος περιλαμβάνει τις ακόλουθες κύριες θεματικές ενότητες / φάσεις στον κύκλο ζωής της διαχείρισης ενός έργου:

• Φάση Έναρξης: Εκκίνηση, Ορισμός και Επιλογή Έργου
• Φάση Σχεδιασμού: Οργάνωση Έργου και Ανάλυση Δραστηριοτήτων
• Φάση Σχεδιασμού: Χρονικός Προγραμματισμός και Διάγραμμα Gantt
• Φάση Σχεδιασμού: Διαχείριση Πόρων
• Φάση Σχεδιασμού: Διαχείριση Κόστους
• Φάση Σχεδιασμού: Διαχείριση Αλλαγών και Κινδύνων
• Φάση Εκτέλεσης και Ελέγχου: Διαχείριση Ποιότητας και Έλεγχος Έργου
• Φάση Ολοκλήρωσης: Κλείσιμο Έργου και Τεκμηρίωση

Αξιολόγηση φοιτητών

Η αξιολόγηση των φοιτητών βασίζεται σε 2 κύρια κριτήρια με τους αντίστοιχους συντελεστές βαρύτητας:

• Τελική Εξέταση: 60%
• Ομαδική Εργασία (project) 4-5 φοιτητών (ενδιάμεση αναφορά και παρουσίαση προόδου, τελική αναφορά και παρουσίαση, περιοδική ανατροφοδότηση): 40%

Στα πλαίσια του μαθήματος, οι φοιτητές καλούνται να εκπονήσουν εργασία, η οποία περιλαμβάνει τον ορισμό, τον σχεδιασμό, την υλοποίηση και τον έλεγχο ενός έργου της επιλογής τους. Η συγκεκριμένη θεματολογία έργων και αναλυτικές οδηγίες για το περιεχόμενο και τη δομή των παραδοτέων της εργασίας (έργου), καθώς και τους ενδιάμεσους ελέγχους προόδου συζητούνται στην 1^η διάλεξη του μαθήματος και ανακοινώνονται στο eClass.

• σχεδιάζουν, προγραμματίζουν και εκτελούν τις κύριες και υποστηρικτικές λειτουργίες της Διοίκησης Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας (ΔΕΑ)
• επιλέγουν και εφαρμόζουν τα κατάλληλα εργαλεία, μεθόδους και τεχνικές για την υποστήριξη αποφάσεων σε θέματα βέλτιστου σχεδιασμού και λειτουργίας της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας (π.χ. σχεδιασμός δικτύου, χωροθέτηση εγκαταστάσεων, πρόβλεψη ζήτησης, διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, δρομολόγηση οχημάτων)
• επιλέγουν και εφαρμόζουν νέες τεχνολογίες, πληροφοριακά συστήματα και καινοτόμες πρακτικές στη λειτουργία της ΔΕΑ (π.χ. Supply Chain 4.0, Warehouse 4.0, Transport 4.0), με έμφαση στην οργάνωση και λειτουργία αποθηκευτικών χώρων, τη διαχείριση του στόλου των οχημάτων διανομής, καθώς και καινοτόμα μοντέλα πολυκαναλικής διανομής.

Περιεχόμενο μαθήματος

Το μάθημα πραγματεύεται θέματα που αφορούν στον προγραμματισμό, τη λειτουργία και την υποστήριξη αποφάσεων σε θέματα εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας σε επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμούς. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται:

1. στον στρατηγικό ρόλο και τη σπουδαιότητα των λειτουργιών της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας σε επιχειρήσεις/οργανισμούς και το ευρύτερο οικονομικό περιβάλλον,
2. στη χρήση ποσοτικών μεθόδων και εργαλείων για τη μαθηματική προτυποποίηση και επίλυση εφαρμογών/προβλημάτων στη Διοίκηση της Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας (ΔΕΑ),
3. στην εισαγωγή και τα οφέλη υιοθέτησης προηγμένων και αναδυόμενων Τεχνολογιών και Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων στα Logistics και τη ΔΕΑ (π.χ. Supply Chain 4.0, Transport 4.0, Warehouse 4.0),
4. στην υποστήριξη αποφάσεων και την αξιολόγηση της επίδοσης της ΔΕΑ με τη χρήση Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων και
5. στις σύγχρονες τάσεις και προοπτικές στη ΔΕΑ
