Structure and implementation 

Α. The Programme of Studies is structured as follows:
The first and second semesters of study shall be credited with fifty (50) and forty (40) credit hours respectively and shall include five (5) and (4) courses respectively. The third semester of study includes the Master's Thesis (M.D.D.), which is credited with thirty (30) credits.The credits per course and semester are reflected in the detailed table below.

Β. The course schedule may be reconfigured to meet the operational needs of the Program of Study and developments in science and research. In case of the need for any modification (replacement or offering of new courses) of the programme and the redistribution of courses between semesters, the Coordinating Committee of the MSc shall submit a proposal to the Departmental Assembly for approval. The determination of the final programme of courses shall be based on the main objective of ensuring both the scientific adequacy of the content of the curriculum and an adequate supply of courses in relation to the needs of postgraduate students.

C. The language of instruction of the courses is Greek and, in the case of invited lecturers from abroad, English.

D. For the completion of the MSc, the student must have completed one hundred and twenty (120) credit hours (ECTS). Each course is taught for thirteen (13) weeks and the duration of the course is three (3) hours per week.
