The Master's program in Human Resource Management of the University of Macedonia was for me a unique opportunity that helped me to make the career change from the financial operations to the field of Human Resource Management that I so much desired. 

During my studies, I developed deep knowledge and skills in the field of human resource management. Now having graduated, I believe that as a whole, the program offers the guarantees to enable a Human Resource Management executive to recognize and address the challenges of the industry. At the same time, I believe that the program prepares the new generations of executives so that they can respond to the new data of the modern business environment.

The educational material is of high quality and structured in such a way as to provide opportunities for communication and collaboration with excellent professors and fellow students. Lectures and classroom discussions revolved around current industry topics and provided an opportunity for interaction between new graduates and executives as well as exchange of views with professors and guest speakers.

Overall, the master's program was an unforgettable experience that contributed to the development of my career path and is a program that I highly recommend for those who wish to enter the field of Human Resource Management, whether they are new graduates or experienced executives.
