Curriculum
The Program has been designed taking into account the general specifications of the corresponding programs of Greek and foreign Higher Education Institutions as well as the need to focus on the characteristics and requirements of the field of Human Resources Management and the corresponding executives of businesses and organizations. For this reason, the MHRM has the following structure:
a. Compulsory courses
b. Elective Courses
c. Thesis
To obtain the Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, the student must successfully pass eight courses. The monitoring and examination of the courses takes place during the first and second semesters. During the third semester of studies, students - as long as they have fulfilled their academic and financial obligations in the first two semesters of studies - prepare their thesis.
Each semester course is equivalent to 7.5 credits (ECTS), while the thesis is equivalent to thirty (30) credits.
The Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is awarded upon successful completion of 90 credits (ECTS).
