I had the pleasure of participating in the postgraduate study program "Human Resource Management" of the University of Macedonia. It was truly a unique experience to interact with an excellent group of teaching professors and an ideal mix of fellow students, consisting of both private and public sector executives and postgraduate students. The two-way exchange of knowledge and experience of the executives as well as the "fresh" perceptions and approaches of the younger participants, combined with the perfect educational material and the excellent guidance of the professors, resulted in the consolidation and in-depth understanding of the educational subjects.

The presentations by HR executives of large Greek and multinational companies were also a unique experience for all of us, presenting us with data from the real business world.

In summary, the specific study program offers a comprehensive set of knowledge and skills which are a career guarantee both at work and academically.
