The International Recruitment Office of the University of Pécs, Hungary is looking for international recruitment assistant interns for the Spring semester 2020.
Description: The University of Pécs is actively recruiting international students in more than a hundred different countries of America, Africa, Asia and Europe. We attend local high schools, universities, higher education fairs and expos, we organize online and offline campaigns, television and radio ads all around the world.
Now we are looking for interns, who helps us with responding to enquiries, able and willing to plan and implement complex regional social media campaigns, create and conduct surveys and support researches, helps us with event organizations and daily administrative duties.
Requirements:
• Be a current student at a higher education institute,
• be able to communicate confidently and professionally in English,
• have experience in managing social media platform,
• and be able to work independently.
It is even better, if:
• you have experience in ad management (social media and Google AdWords, Googl Analytics),
• you speak any of the following languages: German, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Russian, Arabic,
• you have experience on a related field,
• you are able to use photo editing tools (pl. PhotoShop, CorelDraw).

Term: Spring Semester 2020, from February to May/June.

Salary: The internship is not paid, but we offer free placement in the University dormitory for the duration of your stay. Please note, that single rooms are not available in the dormitory, you will have one roommate. We encourage every applicant to apply for Erasmus+ grant for practice at the sending University.

The University of Almería has launched a Call for Applications for Erasmus+ Internships, offering internships opportunities for students and recent graduates in the International Office, the Research Results Transfer Office and the Rector’s Office. Please, find the details attached.

The deadline for applications is 15th June and the successful candidates should start by middle September 2019. The duration of the internships is from 6 to 9 months and a financial compensation of 400 € per month will be provided by the University of Almería.

Έχοντας υπόψη:

1. Τον Οδηγό του Προγράμματος ERASMUS+  https://www.iky.gr/el/eggrafa-eplus/odigos-eplus
2. Τον κανονισμό κινητικότητας στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος Πρακτικής Άσκησης Erasmus Plus του Πανεπιστημίου Μακεδονίας https://www.uom.gr/erasmus-office/kanonismos-kinhtikothtas-gia-praktikhΤην εγκεκριμένη κατανομή κονδυλίων από την Εθνική Μονάδα Διαχείρισης του Προγράμματος Erasmus+, το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών για το Πανεπιστήμιο Μακεδονίας, ακ. 3. Την εγκεκριμένη κατανομή κονδυλίων από την Εθνική Μονάδα Διαχείρισης του Προγράμματος Erasmus+, το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών για τον Όμιλο Πρακτικής του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών που συμμετέχει το Πανεπιστήμιο Μακεδονίας, ακ. Έτος 2018-2019

 Αποφασίζουμε

1. Προκηρύσσουμε το πρόγραμμα Πρακτικής Άσκησης ERASMUS+ Placement στο εξωτερικό για το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2019-2020 στο Πανεπιστήμιο Μακεδονίας.
2. Αιτήσεις γίνονται δεκτές από 1/3/2019 έως 10/5/2019
3. Η πρακτική άσκηση ERASMUS+ Placement στο εξωτερικό μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί από 07/10/2019 έως 30/09/2020 με χρηματοδοτούμενη διάρκεια από 2 έως και 3 μήνες.
4. Τα αποτελέσματα θα γίνουν γνωστά στους φοιτητές το πρώτο δεκαπενθήμερο του Ιουλίου.
5. H διαδικασία και τα κριτήρια αξιολόγησης αναγράφονται στον κανονισμό υπ' αριθμ. 29/27.4.2018 συνεδρίαση Συγκλήτου https://www.uom.gr/erasmus-office/kanonismos-kinhtikothtas-gia-praktikh
6. Οι υποτροφίες χορηγούνται αποκλειστικά σε φοιτητές που:

• είναι εγγεγραμμένοι σε κανονικό πρόγραμμα σπουδών (1^ου , 2^ου ή 3^ου κύκλου) του Πανεπιστημίου Μακεδονίας,
• δεν έχουν οικονομικές εκκρεμότητες με το Γραφείο Erasmus και το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών (Ι.Κ.Υ.),
• δεν έχουν ακυρώσει χωρίς σοβαρή αιτιολογία τη συμμετοχή τους στο Πρόγραμμα Πρακτικής Άσκησης, ή στο Πρόγραμμα Μαθησιακής Κινητικότητας Erasmus+, κατά το ακαδημαϊκό έτος που προηγείται εκείνου της κατάθεσης του αιτήματος κινητικότητας για την πρακτική άσκηση.

7. Οι αιτήσεις φοιτητών που έχουν συμμετάσχει στο παρελθόν στο πρόγραμμα Πρακτικής Άσκησης LLP/ERASMUS Placement στο εξωτερικό, θα εξετασθούν μόνο εφόσον εναπομένουν διαθέσιμα κονδύλια, μετά την ικανοποίηση των έγκυρων αιτήσεων των φοιτητών που μετέχουν για πρώτη φορά στο πρόγραμμα ERASMUS+ PLACEMENT.

8. Οι φοιτητές μπορούν να μετακινηθούν για πρακτική άσκηση σε όλους τους κύκλους σπουδών τους (Πρώτο, Δεύτερο ή Τρίτο). Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στο Πρόγραμμα έχουν και οι Μεταδιδακτορικοί Φοιτητές του Ιδρύματος.

9. Οι φοιτητές του πρώτου κύκλου σπουδών έχουν δικαίωμα συμμετοχής εφόσον έχουν ολοκληρώσει, κατά το χρόνο κατάθεσης του αιτήματος μετακίνησης, το πέμπτο εξάμηνο του Προπτυχιακού Προγράμματος Σπουδών τους.

10. Οι αιτήσεις συμμετοχής, και τα συνοδευτικά έγγραφα αυτής κατατίθενται στον Ερασμιακό Διοικητικό Υπεύθυνο του Τμήματος προέλευσης, στον ορισμένο από την προκήρυξη χρόνο, αποκλειστικά σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή και κάνοντας χρήση μόνο του e-mail που έχει χορηγηθεί στους Φοιτητές από το Πανεπιστήμιο. Δεν γίνονται αποδεκτές οι αιτήσεις που κατατίθενται εκπρόθεσμα ή αποστέλλονται ηλεκτρονικά από προσωπικούς λογαριασμούς e-mail. https://www.uom.gr/erasmus-office/pos-ypobalete-aithsh-5055

11.  Η αίτηση συμμετοχής των ενδιαφερομένων θα πρέπει να συνοδεύεται από[1]:

• Το συμπληρωμένο έντυπο της αίτησης συμμετοχής ( https://www.uom.gr/erasmus-office/pos-ypobalete-aithsh-5055 )
• Την βεβαίωση σπουδών από την Γραμματεία του Τμήματος στο οποίο φοιτούν. Η χρονική απόκλιση μεταξύ του χρόνου έκδοσης της βεβαίωσης σπουδών και του χρόνου κατάθεσης του αιτήματος κινητικότητας, δεν θα πρέπει να υπερβαίνει τις δέκα εργάσιμες ημέρες.
• Τους τίτλους σπουδών (προπτυχιακούς, μεταπτυχιακούς ή/και διδακτορικούς) του αιτούντος. Οι αιτούντες προπτυχιακοί φοιτητές θα πρέπει να καταθέσουν την αναλυτική τους βαθμολογία, στην οποία θα εμφανίζεται υπολογισμένος ο μέσος όρος του συνόλου των εξετασθέντων μαθημάτων, μέχρι και την εξεταστική του εξαμήνου φοίτησης που προηγείται εκείνου του χρόνου κατάθεσης του αιτήματος κινητικότητας.
• Τις βεβαιώσεις πιστοποίησης του επιπέδου γλωσσομάθειας του αιτούντος, οι οποίες έχουν χορηγηθεί από διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένους φορείς πιστοποίησης [όπως αυτοί ορίζονται από το Ανώτατο Συμβούλιο Επιλογής Προσωπικού (Α.Σ.Ε.Π.) στην ιστοσελίδα του οργανισμού].
• Τις βεβαιώσεις συμμετοχής των αιτούντων σε διεθνή συνέδρια της ημεδαπής ή της αλλοδαπής με κριτές, καθώς και τις επιστημονικές τους δημοσιεύσεις (σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή) που πραγματοποιήθηκαν σε διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένα επιστημονικά περιοδικά, με κριτές, της ημεδαπής ή της αλλοδαπής[2].  Αναφορικά με τα γνωστικά αντικείμενα εξαιρετικής και αδιαμφισβήτητης ιδιαιτερότητας, που θεραπεύει το Τμήμα Μουσικής Επιστήμης και Τέχνης, η μοριοδότηση θα προκύπτει βάσει κριτηρίων αντιστοίχισης του ερευνητικού με το καλλιτεχνικό έργο που προτείνει η ΜΟ.ΔΙ.Π. του Ιδρύματος. (για 2^ο και 3^ο κύκλο σπουδών)
• Το αποδεικτικό αποδοχής του φορέα υποδοχής, (https://www.uom.gr/erasmus-office/pos-ypobalete-aithsh-5055 )στο οποίο θα πρέπει να αναγράφεται το διάστημα της πρακτικής άσκησης και η περιγραφή του αντικειμένου της εργασίας. Το αποδεικτικό αποδοχής θα πρέπει προηγουμένως να έχει λάβει την έγκριση του Ερασμιακού Ακαδημαϊκού Υπεύθυνου του Τμήματος προέλευσης του αιτούντος.

• Οικογενειακό και ατομικό εκκαθαριστικό σημείωμα της εφορίας του πιο πρόσφατου οικονομικού έτους, του 2017

12. Οι φοιτητές αφότου επιλεγούν θα πρέπει πριν τη μετακίνηση τους να έχουν καταθέσει αυτοπροσώπως τα παρακάτω έγγραφα: φωτοτυπία αστυνομικής ταυτότητας, πιστοποιητικό σπουδών, σύμβαση φοιτητή, αντίγραφα πτυχίων ξένων γλωσσών, υπεύθυνη δήλωση συναίνεσης για την επεξεργασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων, φωτοτυπία Ευρωπαϊκής Κάρτας Ασφάλισης Ε.Κ.Α.Α., ιδιωτική ασφάλιση υγείας στις χώρες εκτός Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, ιδιωτική ασφάλιση για αστική ευθύνη & προσωπικό ατύχημα, φωτοτυπία τραπεζικού λογαριασμού, ΑΜΚΑ, ΑΦΜ & αρμόδια ΔΟΥ.  Καμία σύμβαση δεν μπορεί να γίνει δεκτή χωρίς την Ευρωπαϊκή Κάρτα Ασφάλισης και ιδιωτική ασφάλιση για αστική ευθύνη & προσωπικό ατύχημα.

13. Η χωρίς σοβαρή αιτιολογία ακύρωση της συμμετοχής στο Πρόγραμμα Πρακτικής Άσκησης Erasmus+ εκ μέρους ενός φοιτητή, συνεπάγεται την απώλεια του δικαιώματος συμμετοχής του στο πρόγραμμα κατά το ακαδημαϊκό έτος που ακολουθεί εκείνο της ακύρωσης της συμμετοχής του.

14. Οι παραπάνω ρυθμίσεις και υποχρεώσεις ισχύουν και για τους φοιτητές του Πανεπιστημίου Μακεδονίας που θα μετακινηθούν με μηδενική χρηματοδότηση ενόλω ή εν μέρει  από το πρόγραμμα Πρακτικής Άσκησης ERASMUS+ Placement στο εξωτερικό.
